This package includes compliance audit and HR assessment, employee handbook, job descriptions, personnel file management, hiring and firing processes, implementation of any research related to human resource and labor law compliance.

This package includes the creation and implementation of a performance and development strategy, performance management process, workforce planning, compensation and rewards strategy, assessment of HR administration vendors, organizational design and a job and workflow analysis.
